Return Path also provides DMARC creator:
http://returnpath.net/commercialsender/domainassurance/dmarc
Also, we provide an authentication reflector that will check dkim, spf, dmarc and associated information. Email to checkmyauth at auth.returnpath.net and you will receive an email report 10-15 minutes later with full details.

If you are interested we do have a query tool which was updated to check for sites adoption. https://otalliance.org/resources/authentication/spflookup2.html

Hi , is there some online form, or dmarc validatorservice like for dkim i.e sa-test_at_sendmail.net etc ?
To do this you would need a service that would accept your messages, run DMARC validation, and then send a report with only a slight delay. I suspect such a service will appear sometime shortly after some open source software is released that implements DMARC on the receiver side.
In the meantime consider this test plan:
a.. Publish a "p=none" record with a valid "rua=" address for your domain
b.. Send some email to GMail addresses from that domain
c.. Receive a report the next day via email at the "rua=" address
The reporting from Google is already live, and while it's frustrating to have to wait a day you can count on it being an accurate test.
