The display name field is going to be really hard to deal with going
forward.  There's going to be a lot of private experimentation around how
to prevent abuse of it before we end up with consensus for a standard
approach.  Do we need to make it clearer that those are only just some
suggestions based on currently planned experiments?  I'd hate for anyone
to think those were required.
